Jack

Most likely to be found doing? Playing with his train table, Lincoln logs, or involved in some pretend world with his best friend, Brianna.
funny new saying: "So, way beyond"... as in "I am so way beyond bigger than Brianna".
Jack is 5yrs old now. We often refer to him as the "sober minded" child. He can be very serious, thoughtful and mature, for his age. But trust me, he is also every bit a 5 year old boy, wild... crazy... and sneaky. He's probably our snuggliest little friend, always looking for a "top shelf hug" (where he gets picked up). He loves anything truck, tractor, train... etc. He likes playing tricks on people and taking care of his sisters.
Brianna
Favorite Song: Twinkle, Twinkle, little Star
Favorite food: Apples... "they're so sweet and juicy"
Favorite Show: Dora the Exporer
Favorite new Discovery: My little Ponies
Most likely to be found doing? Twirling, putting baby dolls to "bed", playing on the computer, or "loving" her baby sister.
Funny new saying: Adding to her nightly prayers "Bless Megan that she's a cutie bug, sweetie heart, goobie love."
Brianna is 3 1/2 going on 16. She is smart, independent, expressive and strong willed, And a sucker for a good back rub. If she could, she'd live off of apples and milk. She's often heard telling some imaginitive story to a random toy while playing by herself. Since there are limited children in our church her age, she's usually found running around with girls more that twice her age... and fitting in just fine. She has a vocabulary larger than her ability to understand, and we love every bit of her sassy style.
Megan
Favorite song: I am a child of God
Favorite food: Momma's milk
Favorite show: the many antics of her two crazy siblings
New Discovery: TOES! Two bottom teeth, and mastering rolling around. Coming soon... sitting up!
Most likely to be found doing: Chewing on anything she can grab and bring to her mouth
Funny new saying: ggllbbmmppss... and she has this funny new laugh that makes her sound like she's hyperventilating.
Megan is 5 months old, and she's our even-tempered one. She's so patient with the kids' never-ending snuggles, loving and googling. She loves any attention aimed at her. She'll drool on anything, so watch out. She has the craziest hair too. She the only person I know who can make the mohawk-comb over-mullet work so well. She's growing out of all her clothes faster than I can replace them and she looks forward to the day when she can get up and run around like just another one of the kids. If wiggles were inches, she'd be halfway to the moon!
Matt
Favorite song: While a long time fan of country like Garth Brooks and Chris Ladoux, he's recently discovered his inner "Angry Chick Rocker" like Pink, Gwen Stephani and Alanis Morrissette.
Favorite food: a good country fried steak with potatoes and creamed corn
Favorite Show(s): the Office, Big Bang theory, 24, and the O'Rielly factor.
New Discovery: Classic Mario Brothers
Most likely to be found doing: checking the score... taking care of business... on his blackberry.
Funny new saying: Changing the lyrics to any of the kids songs to make absolutly no sense, making everyone laugh hysterically.
Matt's the Daddy of this crowd, and the role fits him well. He works super hard building the family business (we own a furniture and flooring store). He's got a generous heart and willing hands to help anyone he sees in need. We joke that he's kind of a fountain of "pointless" knowlege because he retains some of the most random trivia. He is the proud owner of little megan's most comfy spot, and his arms is where she prefers to fall asleep. Jack absolutely adores and admires his daddy and often tries to imitate his actions and words. Brianna has finally decided that daddy is her prince she's been looking for and they have become quite the little pals.
Britney
Favorite song(s): I'm yours (Jason Mraz), Beating my heart (Jon Mclaughlin), Little things (Colby Calliet)
Favorite food: Rootbeer float, or poppyseed bread (not necessarily together)
Favorite Show: The Office, Big Bang theory, 24, Survivor
New Discovery: Rubiks Cube
Most likely to be found doing? Snuggling one of my favorite little kids (or cleaning up one of their messes)
Funny New saying: "If wiggles were inches, you'd be half way to the moon!" or "is that right?" (when I know there's a fib going on)
Britney loves being the mommy. (that means she's the boss!) She works hard trying to keep everyone happy, clean and fed and enjoys (almost) every moment of it. She enjoys playing games with the kids, cooking a nice meal for the family, or keeping up with the scrapbooking.
So, there we are, the Jensens of 2008. We're another year older, and even a little wiser. We love all our family and friends. We look forward to the many adventures 2009 will bring and hope all of you are doing well and enjoying life.

Matt's the cubmaster in our ward and needed a car for the pinewood derby. This was the result of all our hard work. Not too shabby if you ask me.
Megan says " I think I know how I got in here, I'm not sure how I'm going to get out, and I know I'm not doing this the right way... will somebody help me please?"
We got to go to the "moolah shrine circus". It was my first circus since the trixie episode of my childhood. We all had a blast. There were tightrope walkers, trapeze artists,motorcycles driving in a big round cage, and plenty of well trained monkies, dogs, tigers and of course elephants
